Trail Mix keeps your offline files and Saved Webpages completely organized

For the past few days I have been looking for a way to keep my Internet Business organized.

I download a lot of e-books, visit a lot of websites and forums, and have many important documents I use all the time.

By pure accident I found this free plugin which has made my life so much easier.

How it works (Qutoed directly from their website)

Trail-Mix Activities help you keep track of everything you need for your projects!

Squirrel away Notes, Pictures, Web Pages, and Files, organized together in a Firefox sidebar!
Drag & Drop links or snippets of text into Activities for reference later.
Drag & Drop to save pictures from the web or save snapshots of web pages in one click.
Activities are always available in the sidebar, so you can access them at any time.

How I use it

Trail Mix gives you the ability to create folders and store pictures, websites, files, etc.. in them

Well, you get the idea

Everything is drag and drop so you can easily drag a folder, website, picture, document, etc… into an organized folder system in your firefox browser.

If you own WordPress (or any blog), there is a feature that will automatically notify sites of your updates… when you make them

The more sites you add to this list, the more chances you have to rank higher in the search engines.

If you have a WordPress Blog..

1. Go to your Administration Panel

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Writing

4. Find the section that says Update Services

5. In the box add the following sites (Just copy the below sites and paste them as is into the box)

I thought I would share a few websites with you that can help you find places to promote your business.

1. Google Blog Search -

I’m always on the hunt to find new blogs leaave comments on. So, I go to Google Blog Search, type in a phrase I know something about like “How to make money online” and see what blog posts pop up.

If there is something worthwhile to add to the post I will and in the meantime get an extra backlink to one of my websites.

2. omgili.com

This is a great forum search. Type in a keyword and sign up to forums that you feel can be a use to you. Make sure and leave your website address (hyperlinked with your target keyword) in your profile. And don’t forget to leave a signature with your posts.

3. FeedAge.com

Sign up for a free account and add all your website feeds. For some reason Feedage links show up on the first few pages of Google. It’s a great resource to advertise your site and get you to the top of Google with your keywords.

This is one way I make money online free without spending a dime – And the “Kick in the Butt I needed”

A few months back I was lucky enough to get my hands on the course “One Week Marketing”.

Although this is not the only course I have ever read, I will say it is the only one that I follow step by step every day.

A quick review of One Week Marketing and why I think you absolutely need this course
My rating 9/10

One week marketing is written by a lady who refers to herself as PotPie Girl. At first, this name turned me off, but I soon learned it was just a name she used in forums.

This course teaches you step by step how to choose a free affiliate product (from Click Bank) and sell it without spending any money. The methods she uses are real (I use them myself) and are extremely effective. I have personally dominated Google’s first page by using her tactics.

Although some people make money within the first 3 days of her methods, it took me about a week to start seeing money come in. (I didn’t mind the week because I was just glad to see money in my account)

Here are some Pros

You can make a lot of money without spending a dime (You will eventually want to buy a few $1 domains)
There is a step-by-step guide which spells out exactly what to do to make the money
There is an action plan (Cheat sheet) guide for daily reminder
You can read the first 18 pages for free
You learn how to sell affiliate products instantly (By that I mean within a week)
You learn how to dominate a Niche

Here are some cons

Many people have already bought this course and are using her method (Luckily only 1 – 5 percent are actually taking action)
Some of the techniques don’t work as well as they used to (Sometimes her methods can seem a little spammy. Places like Squidoo and Scrbd are starting to crack down on overt selling practices)

Overall Assessment

If you are lazy, this method is NOT for you. PotPie girl asks you to do a lot of work EACH WEEK.

Until you get used to the routine it can feel like a real job.

For those of you who don’t mind hard work – following her methods will bring you success. Marketing is a numbers game and she really teaches you how to play it.

I stake my reputation on this method. It works for me and if you utilize the tools properly it will work for you to.
