Dan Kennedy and Bill Glazer pulled a scum-bag move on me!
I saw an ad from Bill Glazer (Dan Kennedy’s partner) which claimed you will get “The most incredible free gift ever” just by giving your name and email. The free offer sounded awesome so, because Dan Kennedy is “trusted”, I gave my REAL email.
“Of greater importance to you, he’s put together $613.91 of pure, powerful, moneymaking, business-life altering information for you FREE…with no strings attached.“
I receive an email (NO CONFIRMATION REQUIRED – Automated newsletter) which said:
“click here to see how you can get this free info “(hmm.. that sounded a little suspicious to me)
I click to a page which says:
To receive your free gift:
There is a one-time charge of $19.95 in North America or $39.95 International to cover postage for 2 issues of the FREE Gold Membership. You will automatically continue at the lowest Gold Member price of $49.97 per month ($59.97 outside North America). Should you decide to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time by calling Glazer-Kennedy Insider’s Circle TM at 410-825-8600. Remember, your credit card will NOT be charged the low monthly membership fee until the beginning of the 3rd month, which means you will receive 2 full issues to read, test, and profit from all of the powerful techniques and strategies you get from being an Insider’s Circle Gold Member.
All this was from Dan Kennedy’s site: http://www.freegiftfrom.com/dankennedy/
This is BULL
I have since recieve 6 emails, and a very insulting email entitled : ” Carl, I’m curious”…….
I’m curious why you wouldn’t accept the $613.91 FREE offer I made you the other day!
I can only think of three reasons:
I have to tell you that pissed me off.
I wonder Dan, why didn’t I accept your free gift that wasn’t free?
And we wonder why we can’t trust gurus???
If he didn’t promise the free info and didn’t send me 6 follow up emails, I would have forgiven him. This is marketing spam pretty much at its worst.

I don’t do it to get traffic, but it was good venting
I don’t like when people take advantage of others.
A lot of things like this do happen online and people surfing the net should be more careful. Thanks for sharing this and letting others know.

A little late to the party here, but I was researching Kennedy before making a purchase. I had assumed he was a straight up guy, since his reputation is huge in marketing. He was selling a $37 book. I click away from the page to see if there was a “last chance” offer. Bingo. A pop-up offers a new deal. I can pay one dollar now and the balance in 10 days if I’m happy,
However, when I click through, I notice the Paypal option that was on the previous page was gone. I am very wary about giving credit card numbers to these guys, especially after a horrible experience with Tellman Knudson last year. Hidden charges (and forced continuity) are much easier to cancel on Paypal than on a credit card. On top of that, I noticed no shipping charge was provided. They could have charged anything for it after getting my card number.
After searching a bit, it seems Kennedy is a master of forced continuity, often with the news that you will be rebilled hidden in the fine print.
I suspect that $1 deal would have cost me much more than a straight $37 paid out of Paypal.
And since that’s the marketing style he uses, I would assume it’s also what he teaches.

Dan Kennedy is a marketing genius. In fact I also noticed that it is not free and i paid 39 usd for shipment. But what you get is far more valuable, than 39 usd you pay for. I bought many books he released and every book or information he gives is worth of thousands if not millions. So pay 39 usd and you will be very happy to see what is in
